These terms apply to your use of this website and any service you book with us. If something here does not work for you, please reach out before submitting a booking — we would rather have the conversation up front than disappoint you afterwards.
1. The relationship
Xentiq AutoLab Sdn. Bhd. provides automotive diagnostic, maintenance and repair services from our workshop in Petaling Jaya. Booking a slot creates a service agreement between you (the vehicle owner or authorised representative) and us.
2. Booking and approval of work
A booking reserves a bay, not a quote. After our 21-point inspection, we send an itemised estimate. We touch nothing beyond the inspection without your written approval — by signed estimate, by tap-confirmation in our system, or by an explicit message on a tracked channel.
3. Quotations and prices
Quotes are valid for fourteen days from the date issued. Parts pricing follows our supplier costs, which can change in the case of imported components. Where a price has shifted between estimate and supply, we contact you before fitting.
4. Payment
Payment is due on collection of the vehicle, by cash, FPX, card, or approved bank transfer. We do not retain your card details. Outstanding invoices accrue late-payment fees at the rate set out in your estimate.
5. Warranty on workmanship
- Labour: ninety days from the date of service.
- OEM parts: per manufacturer warranty (typically twelve months).
- Wear-and-tear items (oil, brake fluid, filters): not covered, by their nature.
- Misuse, accident or third-party tampering voids the workmanship warranty on the affected component.
6. Vehicles left at the workshop
We take reasonable care of vehicles in our custody. We are not responsible for items of value left inside the cabin or boot during service. Vehicles uncollected after thirty days from completion may incur storage charges.
7. Intellectual property
The content of this site — text, images, branding — belongs to Xentiq AutoLab Sdn. Bhd. or its licensors. You are welcome to share links and quotations with attribution; you are not welcome to reproduce the site wholesale.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, our liability for any single service is limited to the amount paid for that service. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or other matters that cannot be limited by law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, with disputes resolved in the courts of Selangor unless otherwise agreed in writing.
