From booking to handover

A predictable process for a notoriously unpredictable trade

Most workshop frustration comes not from the work itself, but from not knowing what is happening, when, or why. We rebuilt our flow around that single complaint.

  1. 1 · Reserve a bay window

Send the form on our contact page or message the WhatsApp line. Tell us the make, model, year, and what you're noticing. We will come back within an hour during workshop hours with a slot in writing.

  2. 2 · Drop-off and a coffee

On the booked morning, drop the keys at reception. Take a seat in the lounge — or come back at the time we agreed. We do not work on a vehicle without a bay reserved end-to-end.

  3. 3 · 21-point digital scan

Your car gets the inspection grid: tyres, brakes, fluids, electrical, suspension, lighting, drivetrain, and a full ECU read. Each line gets a wear score and a photo.

  4. 4 · Quote, sent to your phone

Within ninety minutes of arrival, you receive the inspection report and an itemised quote. Tap the lines you want done, defer the ones you want to think about. The total recalculates in real time.

  5. 5 · Authorised repairs only

We touch nothing without your tap. Every approved line is logged against the technician carrying it out, with timestamps and the part number used.

  6. 6 · Handover and file update

Pickup happens at the time we set together. The full file goes into your customer record — accessible the next time you visit, the next time you sell, or the next time your insurer asks.

A note on timelines

Why we publish "by 6 PM" and stick to it

A slot at Xentiq is one car per bay per window — no double-bookings, no parking-lot queues. The advantage is predictable handover times. The trade-off is that we cannot squeeze in last-minute walk-ins on a busy day.

If a job runs into something unexpected (it happens — vehicles surprise us too), you will hear from us inside thirty minutes with options. Never silence, never a "sorry, come tomorrow" without warning.
