A visit, from booking to handover

  1. Slot reservation

    Pick a bay window through the form or WhatsApp. We confirm the slot and pre-load your vehicle history.

  2. 21-point digital scan

    On arrival, your car gets the inspection grid. You receive the report on your phone before any quote is drafted.

  3. Approve the line items

    Look at the photos, read the wear scores, tick what you want done now and defer the rest. The quote updates live.

  4. Pickup with the file

    You leave with your vehicle and a permanent service record. Future visits build on the same file, not on memory.

What makes Xentiq AutoLab different from a regular workshop?
Every car that comes in receives a digital health report you can actually read — photos, sensor readings, wear scores, and a written explanation. We do not start work without your written approval on the line items.
Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?
Appointments help us keep the bay reserved and the inspection slot clear. Walk-ins are welcome on weekdays before 4 PM, but you may wait if technicians are mid-service on another vehicle.
Are your technicians manufacturer-trained?
Our lead technicians hold OEM certifications across European and Japanese marques. We rotate continuing-education slots every quarter so the team stays current with new diagnostic protocols.
What parts do you use — original or aftermarket?
We default to OEM parts and offer high-grade aftermarket alternatives only when you ask for them. Every part fitted is photographed and recorded against your vehicle in our system.
Will I be charged for the diagnostic check?
A standard 21-point digital inspection is complimentary with any service. A full ECU read or component-level diagnostic is quoted up front — no surprise charges on the invoice.
Can I see my service history later?
Yes. Each visit is filed under your number plate. Pull it up in seconds, share it with a future buyer, or send it to your insurer when needed.
Do you offer pickup or drop-off in Klang Valley?
Pickup and return is available within a 12 km radius of Kelana Jaya for an additional fee. We coordinate the schedule by WhatsApp the day before your slot.
